We spoke with FRNSW 509 about a recent 2nd alarm house fire they attended.

At 3:30pm on Monday 5/6/17 Wyoming 509 were first on scene to a second alarm house fire in Narara on the Central Coast. Crews from Narara RFS, FRNSW Gosford, Kariong, Berkeley Vale hazmat, Terrigal and Saratoga also attended. Upon arrival we found a medium size dwelling well alight with flames and smoke issuing. We immediately got the pump to work while crews in BA began fighting the fire.

**UPDATE** House Fire at NARARA 3:30pm No one is injured, house is now under control with no flame. Shout out to all the Fire & Rescue teams for the great work!

I founded Flashover to promote Australian Firefighting. I've been a volunteer and a paid firefighter but now I spend my time chasing up leads, promoting good mental health and making the occasional Grumpy Firecom comic!
