The far northeast corner of NSW has certainly seen some action lately with large running bushfires around the Tabulam area. Local crews assisted by strike teams from both NSW and QLD have been working the fires for days. FRNSW Station 514 Banora Point got in touch with us to share their bodycam footage - and it's awesome!
Crews from Western Sydney were kept busy in the early hours of the morning on the 13th of January 2019, with a bulk pallet storage facility up in flames. There's some great video footage in this one!

This is possibly the most Australian thing you'll see all day. A composite crew of firefighters were working on the North Stradbroke Island bushfire in Queensland when they happened to be filming their arrival and noticed something move above the driver.

Vision from the body-cam worn by one of the officers then captures a terrifying scene as a semi-trailer bursts through the smoke, with zero consideration as to what was on the other side of it.

Don't miss the video in this one! On October 13th CFA and MFB stations responded to reports of a factory fire - going well. The premises known as HyChill produced air-conditioning gas and reportedly had anywhere from 100-300 gas cylinders in the factory.

Team Zulu are just one of the many teams entered into the Firefighters climb for MND 2018, but they are the lead fundraising team for the second year in a row and have raised a staggering $65,000 for the 2017/18 climbs!
